Building a residence is a complex process that starts with design and ends with completion and handover of the project. At Georgas Homes we take on all stages of construction, coordinating crews and suppliers so that you have a single responsible contact for the entire project.

We ensure proper execution of reinforced concrete works, masonry, plastering, external insulation, roofs, electrical and plumbing installations, the installation of tiles, sanitary ware, windows and all finishing works, based on approved studies and safety specifications.

What are the basic stages from design to handover of the residence or business space?

We start with the studies (topographic, structural and mechanical), proceed with issuing the building permit, then the structural frame (concrete), masonry and plastering, the M&E installations and finally the finishes (frames, tiles, painting) and the turn‑key handover.
Can I assign only the construction part if I already have studies?

Yes. We can undertake exclusively the construction based on approved drawings and studies you already have, coordinating crews and supervising the project.
How is the budget of a new residence or business space formed?

The budget depends on the size of the building, the form of construction, the quality of materials and the choices in finishes (frames, tiles, equipment). We present a detailed cost per stage so you know exactly where each euro is allocated.
In which areas do you undertake residential construction?
