    We start with a phone call or meeting at our office to record your needs. Then we carry out a site visit to the plot or building, propose alternative solutions and present you with an initial design and construction plan.
  • At what stage of the project is it best to contact you;
    Ideally from the very beginning – when you are considering buying a plot or the possibility of an extension/renovation to an existing building. This allows us to check planning restrictions, plot particularities and propose realistic solutions with a clear financial picture.
  • Can I assign only the design or only the construction;
    Yes. We can undertake exclusively the design part (topographic, structural, M&E studies, permits), exclusively the construction based on existing drawings, or both – providing you with full technical support.
