This website is hosted on Google's Firebase Hosting service and delivered through a global content delivery network (CDN). When you request a page or file, technical request information is processed, including your IP address. According to Google's documentation, Firebase Hosting uses the IP addresses of incoming requests to detect abuse and analyse usage, and retains IP data "for a few months".

For this data we act as controller and Google acts as our processor under the Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms. Google uses subprocessors, including Fastly (USA) for Firebase Hosting content delivery. Content may be served from CDN edges in various countries.

3. Contact forms and direct contact

When you submit the contact form (on the home page or the "Contact" page), the details you enter — first name, last name, email, phone, the service you are interested in and your message — are transmitted via the form service Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), which stores them and forwards them to us by email. We use these details solely to handle and answer your enquiry.

Formspree states that its services are hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the United States and that, as a data processor, it relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Formspree keeps submissions in the service dashboard for a limited period, in accordance with its documentation and the account configuration.

If you contact us directly by email or phone, we process the details you provide for the same purpose.

Please do not include sensitive personal data (e.g. health data) in the free-text message; we do not ask for it and it is not needed to serve you.

4. Optional technologies only with your consent

Without your action, this website loads no optional third-party services. Only if you give consent via the consent banner or the cookie settings are the following activated:

• Google Analytics statistics: loading of Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js) to measure visits and how the site is used. Google sets cookies (e.g. _ga) and may process data (such as your IP address), including in the USA.
• Google Ads conversion measurement: loading of Google's gtag.js tag to measure conversions of our ads (e.g. when the contact form is successfully sent). Google may set cookies and process data (such as your IP address), including in the USA.

6. Recipients and processors

• Google (Firebase Hosting) for hosting and delivering the website.
• Formspree, Inc. for operating the contact form.
• Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Maps) only if you have given the corresponding consent.

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their own advertising purposes.

7. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Formspree and Google also process data in the United States. Formspree states that it relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Google's data processing terms provide the applicable transfer safeguards (SCCs and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified Google entities in the USA).

8. Retention

• Messages and enquiries: for as long as needed to handle your request and, where a cooperation or legal obligation follows, for the period required by law.
• Copy of submissions at Formspree: kept by the service for a limited period according to its documentation and the account configuration.
• Hosting request logs (Google/Firebase): Google states that Hosting retains IP data "for a few months".
• Your consent choice: stored on your device until you change it or clear your browsing data.

9. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
