  • What does “turn‑key delivery” include?
    The “turn‑key” philosophy means that we undertake all necessary works until the house is ready to live in. From topographic, architectural, structural and M&E studies and the issuance of all required permits, to concreting, masonry, plastering, thermal insulation, electrical and plumbing installations, tiles, sanitary ware, windows and painting.
  • Why should I choose Georgas Homes for my project?
    We offer integrated technical support from the stage of the plot and topographic surveys to the final construction or renovation. You have a single responsible point of contact, a clear and detailed budget, a realistic construction schedule and continuous site supervision, so you always know exactly at which stage your project stands.
  • What are the main steps from idea to project completion?
    We start with a site visit to the plot or existing building and a discussion of your needs and available budget. Then we prepare the topographic plans and required studies, proceed with permit issuance and detailed costing, and finally carry out the construction or renovation with continuous supervision until handover.
  • What types of projects do you undertake?
    We undertake residences, holiday homes and maisonettes, small residential complexes, pools and landscaping works, as well as renovations and restoration of existing buildings. We also carry out specialized technical works such as concrete works, reinforcement and column strengthening in Argolis and the wider Peloponnese.
  • How long does it usually take from permits to completion?
    The duration depends on the type and size of the project. For a typical single‑family house, the design and permitting phase may take around 2–4 months, while construction can take around 10–14 months. In every case, before we start we present a realistic schedule with key milestones, which we monitor and update where necessary.
  • Can the project move forward if I do not live permanently in Greece?
    Yes. We often work with owners who live abroad or in a different city. We organize communication via email and video calls, send photographic documentation from the different stages of the project, and ensure that all documents can be signed via powers of attorney or electronically wherever this is possible.
  • How is the budget formed and what happens if my needs change?
    The initial budget is based on the studies, the quality of materials and the particular requirements of the plot. If your needs change along the way (for example more space or different materials), we re‑evaluate the cost in time, inform you in writing and only proceed with your approval, so there are no unpleasant surprises.
  • In which areas do you operate?
    Our office has projects in Epidaurus, Tolo, Nafplio, Argos, Ermioni, Porto Heli and more broadly across Argolis and Corinthia. For specific collaborations we can also consider projects in other parts of the Peloponnese, upon discussion.
